You will
  • Work alongside existing support team members in a team setting
  • Work live support in shifts answering user queries
  • Monitor user transactions and or other data points on backend panels and report any suspicious behaviors
Job requirements
  • Ability to remain calm and defuse challenging situations.
  • Proficient in using customer support platforms and software, such as Intercom, to streamline communication and provide efficient solutions.
  • Strong logic and reasoning with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
  • Exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to simultaneously handle queries without sacrificing quality.
